Our office is located at A/604 in the Medha Sankalp CHS, over in Goregaon East. We’re quite close to the Infinity IT Park, which brings a lot of life to this area. Nandai Estate Agency isn't a huge firm with dozens of agents. It’s a small, local operation run from this building. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the apartments and spaces around Goregaon. Since we are right in a residential society, we see our neighbors every day. It keeps us grounded. We don't use any of those big marketing words you hear from the huge companies. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some days are busy with phone calls, and other days we’re out on the street looking at properties. We’ve been in Medha Sankalp for a bit now, and it feels like home. If you’re working over at the IT park and looking for a place nearby, we are just around the corner. We keep our records in simple folders and try to be as clear as possible when someone asks a question. There’s no corporate polish here, just a basic office where we try to be useful. It’s a practical way to run things, and it seems to work for the folks who come to see us. We are usually available to talk if you call ahead or just stop by the building. It's a quiet office but we keep pretty busy with the local market stuff.
