Maruti Estate

Maruti Estate is located right at 1 Goregaon East. It's a pretty central spot if you know the neighborhood well. We deal with property and real estate matters around here every day. Goregaon is always changing, so there is usually a lot of paperwork to go through. We aren't a big corporate office with a hundred people. It's just a few of us here making sure things get handled. People drop by frequently to ask about what's available or just to check on some documents. Living and working in Goregaon East means you're always in the middle of the noise and the action. We started this because we knew the area and wanted to stay local. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly we stay busy with the day-to-day tasks of running a small estate office. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just talk to people and try to help them find what they're looking for in this part of Mumbai. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes, especially with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep our files organized and try to answer the phone when it rings.
