You can find us right by the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. It’s a noisy spot because of all the cars and trucks zooming past, but it makes us easy to get to. We’ve been working as estate consultants in this part of Mumbai for a long time. The highway is like the backbone of the city, and being right next to it means we see everything that happens in Goregaon East. People come in all the time looking for advice on property. Maybe they want to buy a small office space or they need a flat for their family. We don't have a big team of suits. It’s just us here in the office, surrounded by maps and old property files. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to owners and checking on prices. The market changes so much that it's hard to keep up sometimes. We walk around the neighborhood a lot to see which buildings are being finished and which ones are getting old. It’s a lot of legwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around. We just want to help the people who walk in our door. Sometimes we have tea and just talk about how the area has changed since the highway got bigger. It’s a simple business.
