Goyal Properties Estate Consultant operates out of Shop No 31/A in Phase 2 of City Li, Goregaon East. It’s a typical small shop setup. We have a glass front so we can see everyone walking past in the corridor. Goregaon East is a fast-paced place, and Phase 2 always seems to have something going on. Our shop isn't very big, so things can feel a bit cramped when we have more than two or three visitors at once. We have a lot of files and ledger books because we still like to keep physical records of everything. It’s easier than searching through a computer sometimes. The desk is covered in sticky notes with phone numbers and names of people we need to call back. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle in the back for making tea. Most of our day is spent talking to people about rents or sales in the local area. We know the buildings around here like the back of our hand. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we stay late when the paperwork piles up, but usually, we try to head home once the sun goes down. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we like being right in the middle of it. We don’t use any high-pressure tactics or anything. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. It’s a simple way to run a business.
