Our small office is tucked right into the Gokuldham Market in Goregaon East. It is a very noisy and energetic place to be, especially during the morning hours when the vegetable sellers are out and everyone is doing their daily shopping. You can always hear the sounds of the market right through our front door, which we usually leave open to catch a breeze. The office itself is very modest, with just a desk, a couple of stools, and a lot of papers scattered around. We have been helping people find homes in the Gokuldham area for a long time. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a rental flat or a small apartment nearby. We know almost all the building watchmen and the local landlords in this part of Goregaon. We do not use any fancy computer systems to keep track of things; we just have a thick diary where we write everything down by hand. It is a very local way of working, and we know our neighbors well. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello or to ask about the current market prices while they are out buying their groceries. We enjoy being right in the middle of all the action. It is a busy life, but we like the connection we have with the people living and working here.
