We have been at Shop No 8 in the Vaibhav Shopping Co for quite a while now. It is right in Goregaon East, close to Raheja Heights. Most people around here just drop by when they are looking for a place or need to move out. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and files everywhere. My family started this because we know the area well. We handle mostly local rentals and some sales when they come up. If you walk past the shops near the heights, you will see our sign. Sometimes it gets busy, especially on weekends, but usually, it is just us talking to neighbors about what is available. We don't have a big website or anything, just this physical spot where people can find us. Finding a home in Goregaon can be a bit of a headache with all the traffic and new buildings going up every month. We try to keep track of who is moving where. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the tea guy comes by while we are in the middle of a deal. We just do our work and hope folks find what they need. It’s been our neighborhood for years, so we see a lot of the same faces. Not much has changed in how we do things, honestly. We just open up in the morning and see who walks through the door.
