Dhruv Estate Agency is a small shop located at Shop No 5, on Plot No 28. We are in the Vaibhav building in Goregaon East. Specifically, we are on 10th Cross Margosa Road, right opposite Raheja Heights. It’s a busy little corner of the world. The shop is small, but it’s enough for us to meet people and keep our records. Being right across from Raheja Heights makes it easy for people to find us. We see a lot of foot traffic on Margosa Road. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who want to rent or buy something nearby. Goregaon East has grown so much lately, and there are always new people moving in. We try to keep track of what’s happening on every floor of the buildings around us. It’s not a fancy life, just working the shop and making sure people get what they need. Sometimes the tea runs out and the fan gets a bit noisy, but we stay busy. We don't do big advertisements. Most people just see the sign while they are walking or driving to the 10th Cross. It’s just us, working in the neighborhood, helping neighbors with their flats and shops. We’ve been at Plot No 28 for a while, and we like the vibe of this street. It’s a practical way to spend the day, just dealing with local real estate in Goregaon.
