We are located in Gala No 1 at the Krdn Industrial Estate in Goregaon East. It's right opposite the Pravasi Industrial Estate, so it is easy to find if you know the neighborhood. Being in an industrial area means we see a lot of people looking for sheds, offices, or just small units to start a business. The place is usually loud with machines and trucks moving in and out, but that is Goregaon for you. We have been working from this spot for a good bit of time now. Our office is small and practical. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually out visiting sites or meeting landlords. Real estate in Mumbai is a bit of a headache sometimes, but we try to keep it simple for the people who come to us. We know which galas are empty and which buildings have issues with the water or electricity. It’s mostly word of mouth around here. Someone tells a friend, and they show up at our door. We handle the local flats and commercial spaces without making a big deal out of it. The traffic on the main road can be a mess in the evenings, so we usually try to get our site visits done early. It’s just a regular local business trying to help people find a roof over their heads or a place for their factory. We don't have a big corporate team, just us doing our daily rounds.
