Creative Real Estate Consultant

We are located at Shop No 1 in the Aman Compound area over in Aarey Goregaon East. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially with all the traffic coming through Shahpur. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits what we need for Creative Real Estate Consultant. Most days, you’ll find us sitting here with the door open, catching whatever breeze comes through from the outside. There’s always someone stopping by to ask about local spots or just to chat about the neighborhood. It gets a bit dusty because of the road right outside, so we are constantly wiping down the desks. We have a couple of old fans that make a bit of noise, but they keep the air moving. Goregaon East has changed a lot since we first set up here. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, and we end up just sitting around talking until it comes back on. We keep a stack of maps and some old property registers on the shelf that have been there for years. It is not a flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical room where we do our work and talk to folks about what is happening in the local market. Dealing with property stuff keeps us busy enough, and being right there in the compound makes it easy for people to find us when they need something. We mostly just keep to ourselves and focus on the day-to-day work without any extra drama or complicated procedures.
