We’re located at Office No 202, on the 2nd Floor in Goregaon East, 2nd Phase. We are right near the Wageshwari Temple in the 7th Block. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’re right in the thick of it at Century Real Estate Agency. Getting to the second floor of the C Wi building can be a bit of a climb, but we’re usually here. We don't have a big shiny sign outside. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve heard about us from a neighbor. We handle a lot of different types of properties around the temple area. Some are old, some are new, and we try to keep an eye on all of them. It’s not an easy job because everyone wants something different. We spend a lot of time on our feet, showing people around and answering questions. We don’t have a script when we talk to clients. We just say it like it is. If a building is going through repairs or if the water is a bit slow, we tell you. It’s just easier that way. Our office is a bit cluttered with folders and keys, but we know where everything is. We aren’t a big fancy firm with a huge budget. We’re just local guys trying to make a living by helping people find a roof over their heads in Goregaon. It gets tiring sometimes but we like the work.
