Our agency is located in Goregaon East, at Divya Stuti on Film City Road, A Wing. It is a very lively part of the city with all the film studios and the constant traffic. We have been here for a good while, helping people find apartments and office spaces in this part of town. We don't bother with the fancy marketing or the polished ads you see from the big firms. Our office is just a plain room where we sit down and try to figure out what people need. Film City Road is always moving, and we are usually moving with it. We spend most of our day out showing flats or meeting with landlords to check on their properties. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure everyone is happy with a deal. We know the different wings and buildings around here like the back of our hand. If someone needs to be close to the studios or wants something a bit quieter towards the back, we can usually find it. We handle all the lease agreements and the security deposit details so our clients don't have to get stressed out. It is practical, everyday work. We’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know where the good shops are and which roads to avoid during rush hour. We just have normal conversations with people and try to be as helpful as possible.
