We’re located at L-28 in the Gokuldam Shopping Center, which is in Goregaon East, specifically near Sakamma Badavan 4th Cross. Being in a shopping center means we’re right in the middle of everything, with people constantly going about their daily errands. Our office is a small space tucked away where we handle property consulting for the local area. It’s not a very big room, just enough space for a couple of us to sit and talk to clients who walk in. Goregaon is a fast-moving place, and things change around here every week, so we have to stay alert to what’s happening on the streets. We help people figure out the market, whether they’re looking for a small flat or a shop space. We don't use any fancy brochures or slick presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and a notebook and talk through what’s available. Sometimes the shopping center gets really crowded, especially on weekends, but we’re used to the noise. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, so most of the other shop owners know us well. We don't do much in the way of promotion, mostly just people finding us while they’re out shopping or being told about us by a friend. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just give people the facts and let them decide what works for them.
