Our place, Accord Housing Consultant, is over at number 8 on the 1st Main Road in Goregaon East. It’s part of Radhamani Nivas, which sits right across from the Best Bus Depot on the 7th Bellary Road. Being near the bus depot means there’s always something going on outside. You hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It is a handy spot because everyone knows where the depot is. The office itself is just a regular room where we do our business. We don’t have anything fancy inside, just the usual desks and chairs and a cupboard full of files. We have been helping people with housing stuff in this part of Goregaon for some time. We aren’t a big company with a hundred employees. It is just a small team of us working here. We know the local roads like the back of our hand. People stop in when they are getting off the bus or just passing by on their way home. It’s a practical setup. We spend our hours looking at property papers and talking to owners. Some days are more productive than others, but we stay busy. If you need to find us, just look for Radhamani Nivas near the buses.
