Accord Estate Consultant is located at Shop No 31 on Aarey Road in Goregaon East. If you know the area, we are pretty much right across from the Udipi Vihar Hotel. That hotel is a good landmark because people are always going in and out of there. Our shop is just a basic space on Mahakali Caves Road. It gets quite busy outside with all the traffic coming through Goregaon. We spend a lot of time just tracking what is available in the local buildings. It is not a very big office, just enough room for us to sit and talk to folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. We have been in this spot for a while now. You can usually find one of us here from morning until late evening. The noise from the street is something we have just gotten used to over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who know the Goregaon East market through experience. We keep our records in big folders and try to stay on top of the local listings. If you are ever getting lunch at the hotel across the street, you can see our sign. We just handle the day-to-day estate work for people nearby. We often have to run out to meet people, so the shop might be locked for ten minutes here and there.
