You can find Abhinav Property at Gala No 24 in Sector F. We are in the BMC Colony area of Goregaon East, specifically on Ninety Feet Road. If you find the Monginis cake shop, we are right above it. The smell of the cakes is actually pretty good most mornings. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops and people going to work. We’ve been here for some time now. Our office is a simple room where we keep track of what’s available in the colony and the surrounding buildings. Goregaon East has changed a lot with all the new towers, but the BMC Colony area still has its own vibe. We mostly look at residential stuff, but sometimes we get a lead on a small shop or a godown space. It’s mostly just us sitting here, making calls and waiting for people to drop by. Sometimes we are out on site visits, so the shutter might be half-down, but we are usually around. We don't use any fancy software, just some notebooks and our memory of who lives where. It's a local business. We know the shopkeepers nearby and the guys who deliver the mail. It’s just how we operate. Nothing fancy, just practical property work for the folks around Goregaon. We don't have a lot of space for people to wait, but we always have water for whoever stops in.
