Good Properties

Good Properties is located right in the heart of Masjid Bunder West at 59/204. If you know this area, you know how crowded and hectic it gets every single day. We’ve been operating out of this small office for years. The stairs are a bit narrow and the building is old, but it’s where we feel at home. Most of our day is spent talking to people about shops or small flats nearby. It’s not like those big corporate real estate firms you see on TV. We have files stacked up on the desks and the phone rings more than it should. We spend a lot of time walking through the lanes of Masjid Bunder, showing places that are tucked away in corners most people wouldn’t find on their own. The humidity here can be tough, and the noise from the market never really stops. We usually have a hot cup of tea from the stall downstairs while we go through the paperwork. Dealing with property in this part of Mumbai is complicated because everything is so old and the rules are always a bit confusing. We just try to help people figure it out without making it too difficult. It’s a lot of talking, a lot of walking, and dealing with the chaos of the city. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us who know these streets well enough to get by.
