Our place is tucked away in the Mahalaxmi Industrial Estate in Lower Parel. We are on the second floor, Unit number 7. If you know Dainik Shivner Marg, you know it can get pretty hectic with all the trucks and people moving around throughout the day. Goldiam Mercantile Realty Llp is run from here. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not the quietest spot, but it suits us just fine. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, some filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who are looking for property in this part of Mumbai. Lower Parel has changed so much lately, with all the old mills turning into modern offices. We see it every day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the changes. We aren't a big corporation, just a team trying to get things right. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty because of the industrial work nearby. We don’t mind. It feels like a real working environment. We handle the real estate side of things for people who need help navigating the market here. It’s straightforward work. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything fancy. You just walk in and we're there. We like being in this part of town because there's always something happening. It keeps life interesting. It's a busy place but we like the energy of the area.
