Golden Link Property

Golden Link Property is located at Shop No 7 in Sanjay Appa Chamber. We are right on R B Mehta Marg in Andheri East. A good landmark for finding us is the Gurdwara that stands right across the road. The sound of the prayers and the general hum of the street are part of our daily life. Andheri East is a very crowded and busy place, and our shop is right in the thick of it. It’s a small, no-frills office. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for clients. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive lighting. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about property deals. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or walking around the nearby blocks to check on buildings. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people come to us because they’ve seen our sign while going to the Gurdwara or they live nearby. We know the local area very well and can tell you which buildings have good water supply or where the parking is a nightmare. It’s that kind of local knowledge that we rely on. Sometimes the traffic on R B Mehta Marg is so loud we have to raise our voices, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done every day. It's a solid, honest way to make a living.
