Golden Estate Consultant is located at Shop No 4/A in the Silver Sand Apartments. We are right in the middle of Andheri West, which is a place that never really stops. The Yari Road Bus Depot is right across the street from us. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, and the conductors shouting the routes. It’s a noisy, lively atmosphere. Our shop is small and practical. We don’t have any plush carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place where we keep our files on the different flats and shops in this part of Andheri. We’ve been here for a good while, and the Silver Sand building is like an old friend now. We know most of the people who live in the apartments above us. Our work is pretty straightforward. People come in, ask about properties, and we show them what we have on our books. We don’t do any of that corporate talk. We just speak plainly about what a place costs and what the neighborhood is like. Sometimes the humid Mumbai weather makes the office feel a bit sticky, but we just keep the door open to get a breeze. We often go across to the local stalls for a quick cutting chai. It’s a simple way of living and working. We just try to be useful to the people who are looking for a home around Yari Road. It's a busy life, but we like the energy here.
