Gold Time Spares & Tools

Crystal Tower is one of those old buildings in Fort that has a lot of character, mostly in the form of creaky floors and narrow hallways. We’re on the first floor, right at 46/48 Maruti Lane. Finding us can be a bit tricky if you aren’t looking closely at the signs near the entrance. We’ve been selling tools and spare parts from this spot for a while now. The room is packed floor to ceiling with boxes. Sometimes it feels like we’re playing a game of Tetris just to find a specific wrench or a small spare part someone asked for. It’s a bit dusty in the corners, but we know where everything is kept. Maruti Lane is always busy with people rushing around. You can hear the city noise and the honking from our windows all day long. We have a lot of regulars who drop in just to chat or see if we’ve got something new in stock. We don’t really have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the inventory by heart. Working in the Fort area means you’re always in the middle of things. It’s an old part of town, and the energy is different here. We don’t do much online; we prefer it when people just stop by the shop. It’s easier to show someone a tool than to try and describe it over a message. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in. It has been working out okay so far.
