We are based at A1/8 in the MIDC Plots on Balaji Road. Our office is in the 2nd Block of Avillion Green Flds. It’s a decent area with a lot of different buildings around. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for a place to live or a spot for their business. There is a lot of walking involved because we have to go out and show the rooms or the plots to anyone who is interested. We carry a lot of keys and some folders with papers about the different properties. Sometimes we are showing a small flat to a young couple and other times we are looking at a big empty plot in the MIDC with a developer. It gets hot walking around Balaji Road in the afternoons, but that’s just part of the job. The office is a place to sit down, have some water, and talk about prices and contracts. We aren't like those big corporate agents you see on TV. We just know the local streets and who is looking to move. People stop by to ask if we’ve heard of any new places opening up. We try to keep track of it all, but things change fast. If a place has a leaky roof or the neighbors are loud, we usually know about it. We just help people find a spot that fits their budget.
