We are located on the 7th floor of Everest Chambers, in A Wing, over in Andheri East. It’s a typical Mumbai office building, always humming with the sound of air conditioners and people rushing to elevators. Being in Karmachari Nagar puts us in a very central spot for anything related to property in this part of the city. Our space is functional and a bit crowded with all the files we’ve gathered over the years. We don't really have a polished corporate image. We are just a team of people who spend a lot of time navigating the complex world of Mumbai real estate. Most of our work is done on the phone or sitting across from clients with a map of Andheri spread out on the desk. We know how hard it is to find a decent office or home in this area without paying a fortune, so we try to be realistic with everyone who comes in. There is no point in sugarcoating things when the market is this competitive. We’ve seen many businesses and families come and go through these halls. We just keep our heads down and focus on the paperwork and the site visits. It’s a lot of running around, but we’re used to the pace. We just want to get the job done without any unnecessary drama or complicated marketing talk.
