You can find us inside the Cristal Paradise Mall in Bandra West. We are on the second floor, office number 26. Being in a mall on 33rd Road means it’s always lively around us. There are people shopping and eating nearby all the time. Our office is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we do. We deal with real estate around Bandra. It’s a fast-paced area and prices change all the time. We try to keep up with who is selling and who is looking for a rental. It’s a lot of networking and talking to people on the street. We don’t have a big corporate vibe. Most of the time we’re just in jeans and shirts, looking at maps or listing files. We know Bandra has its own rules and its own character. Sometimes we spend hours just explaining the different lanes to someone new to the city. We don't use any high-tech gadgets to sell homes. We just show the place and tell them what the landlord is like. It’s simple. The mall can get crowded on weekends, so we usually try to do our outdoor work then. We’ve been in this office for a while and we like the location because it’s easy for people to stop by after they finish their errands. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to get the job done and help folks out.
