We’re over in Kandivali West, specifically in the Kamal Roop Building in the Sakinaka area. Our space is marked as 1/C. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement every day. We handle property stuff for people looking to move into the neighborhood or find a shop. It isn’t a fancy place. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We spend a lot of time walking around showing different rooms and flats to people. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the market, and other days we don't even have time for lunch. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us by seeing our sign or hearing about us from a neighbor. We try to be helpful and give people the real story on a building, like if the water pressure is bad or if the noise is too loud. It’s better to be honest so they don't complain later. We’ve been in Sakinaka long enough to see buildings go up and businesses come and go. We just keep doing our work, day in and day out, helping people get settled in a place that works for them without any fuss.
