Gita Property Consultant is tucked away in Suite A 3 on the ground floor over in the Ch Vile Parle West area. We are right behind Bharat Furnishing, so it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main street, which is nice when you’re trying to have a conversation. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for older folks to just walk in without worrying about stairs. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The office is small and filled with files and maps of the neighborhood. We know Vile Parle West really well, from the busy markets to the quieter residential lanes. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just us here, answering the phone and walking people over to see different properties. We don’t use any special tricks to sell things. We just show the place, tell you the price the owner wants, and help with the paperwork if you decide to go ahead. It’s a very straightforward process. A lot of our business comes from people who live nearby and just know our name from being around so long. We like the local feel of it. If you’re near Bharat Furnishing, just come around the back and you’ll find us. We’re usually around most afternoons unless we’re out at a site visit. We keep our hours pretty regular, but sometimes we have to close up early if a client needs to see a house.
