You can find us at Gharaonda Estate Consultant over in Shop No 1 at the Thakur Complex. We are right on Tilak Road in Kandivali East, which is a place that never really seems to sleep. This shop has been our base for quite some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s mostly residential around here, so we spend most of our time dealing with families who are looking for a bit more space or young people moving into their first apartment. Real estate in Kandivali can be pretty competitive, and we just try to stay on top of who is selling what. We don’t have a polished corporate office with air conditioning that freezes you out. It’s just a regular shop where we keep our files and meet with people who walk in from the street. A lot of our day is spent visiting different blocks in Thakur Complex or walking over to nearby buildings to check on the condition of a place. We don't promise anyone that we can find them a palace on a budget, because that’s just not how it works here. We just give you the facts about the rent and the deposit and the state of the plumbing.
