Our place is tucked away on the first floor at 72/80 Nagdevi Cross Lane. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always rushing around. It’s a crowded area full of shops and hardware stores. We’ve been here for quite some time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it has character. The stairs are a little steep, and the hallway is often filled with boxes waiting to be moved. Inside, it’s mostly just us surrounded by stocks and ledgers. We don't have a modern showroom or anything like that. It’s a traditional setup where we know where everything is, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We see a lot of regular faces coming through the door, people we’ve known for years. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. The smell of old paper and metal is always in the air. We don't really have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been on this lane for a long time and people know who we are. It’s a family-style environment where we look out for each other. We take our time with the work and try to stay out of the midday heat as much as possible. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day. We are just keeping the family business going one day at a time.
