GFT Realtors LLP operates out of Narayan Mansion on Dr. Ambedkar Road. We are on the first floor in unit 166-A, 6. Dadar East is a bit different from the West side, maybe a little more traditional in some ways. The building we are in has that old Mumbai feel to it. It’s not a glass skyscraper, just a solid place where people have been doing business for many years. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a place for people to sit when they come to visit us. We deal with real estate stuff all day long. Usually, it's just about helping someone find a place to live or work around this area. We know the neighborhood well because we walk these streets every day to get our snacks or go to the local bank. It’s a busy road outside, so there’s always the sound of horns and the big buses passing by. We don't have a fancy reception area with a big sign. If you come in, you just see us working at our stations. We like it that way because it keeps things straightforward for everyone. There’s no corporate talk here, just honest work and trying to make sure the legal documents are all in order. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the shops around us change slowly.
