You can find Genuine Travel at 24 Dhobi Talao. We are up on the 1st floor of Jbf House. It is one of those older buildings that has its own character. Being in Dhobi Talao means we are in a very busy, historic part of the city. There is always something happening downstairs on the street. Our office is a simple one. We have our desks, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a lot of folders. We have been helping people with their travel plans from this same spot for quite a bit. It is not about being the flashiest travel agency. We just like to get things right. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but once you are here, it is a decent place to sit and talk about where you want to go. We deal with all sorts of travelers, from families going on vacation to people traveling for work. We do not use fancy brochures to convince anyone. We just tell it like it is. If a flight is likely to be delayed or a hotel is not great, we say so. People seem to appreciate that. Jbf House is a solid building, and we like the location. It is central and easy for people to reach. We are just a small group of people working hard to make sure your tickets are sorted without any trouble. It is just honest travel work.
