We are located in B-2 of the Bombay Wire Compound on I B Patel Road in Goregaon East. It is a large industrial compound, and you have to look for the sign near the 2nd floor to find our section. We are right opposite the Bank of India and quite close to the Deven Industrial Estate, so it is a very busy neighborhood with lots of people coming and going. Inside, the office is full of files and folders because being a TPA involves a massive amount of paperwork. We spend our days processing claims and answering phones. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. The compound itself has that old industrial feel to it, with trucks loading and unloading nearby. Sometimes the traffic on I B Patel Road is so bad that it takes forever just to get out of the gate at the end of the shift. We have a small pantry where we eat our lunch, and that’s usually when we catch up on life outside of work. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the documents we have to keep track of, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and handle the administrative side of things as best as we can. We are just a bunch of regular people doing our jobs in a noisy part of town.
