We are located at 6, Sajan Hari Nivas on Cardinal Gracious Road, right across from the Calico Company in Chakala. Andheri East is a busy place to be, and our street is no different with all the trucks and cars going by all day. Our setup is fairly basic; we have a kitchen space and an area for all the pots and pans. We’ve been in this building for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. Mostly, we just focus on the cooking. We handle a lot of different types of events, but we don't really make a big fuss about it. It’s just honest work, getting the food ready on time and making sure there’s enough for everyone. The staff here are mostly people who have been with us for years. We work long hours, especially on weekends when everyone seems to be having a party or a function. It can get pretty hot in the kitchen, but that’s just part of the job. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the traditional stuff that gets things done properly. People around Chakala know where to find us if they need an order for an office lunch or a family gathering. We just keep our heads down and do the work as best as we can every single day without much complication. The street outside is always noisy but we focus on our tasks inside.
