You can find Gaurinath Properties over in Kandivali East. We are located at number 2, Shraddha Apartment 3A which is part of the Thakur Complex area. It’s right on Mahalaxmi Five Road. This part of Kandivali is always full of activity. We have been working out of this apartment office for a while now. It is a practical space where we keep all our records and meet people who are looking for a place to stay or invest. The Thakur Complex is quite a large landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us. We usually have the door open during the day. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything. It feels more like a home office because it’s in the Shraddha Apartment building. We sit around the table, have some tea, and talk about the local market. Mahalaxmi Five Road can get pretty loud with traffic, but inside it is mostly quiet. We focus on the nearby streets mostly. People stop by after work or on their way to the shops. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. It’s a honest way to spend the day. If you are near 3A Thakur Complex, you’ll see our small sign. We like the neighborhood and the people who live around here. It is a solid place to do business and we plan on staying here for a long time.
