My office is located in Malad East on the second floor of the Patel Complex. It is a pretty straightforward building that has been around for a while. To get to me, you have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs. The office itself is not very big, but it is enough for what I do. I have a desk, a few chairs for visitors, and several tall cabinets filled with files. Malad East is a very busy area, and the Patel Complex is right in the middle of a lot of activity. You can hear the sounds of the street and the nearby shops all day long. I have been working as an agent from this location for quite some time now. It is a very practical setup. I don't have a big staff or a fancy reception area. Usually, it is just me handling everything from answering the phone to filing the paperwork. The office can get a bit cluttered, especially when I have a lot of documents to go through, but I have a system that works for me. I like being in this part of Malad because it is easy for people to reach. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it is a solid place to work. I spend most of my day here, and I have gotten to know many of the other people who have offices in the same complex.
