Our office is located in Room No F N45 along the Anik Wadala Link Road. Being in Wadala East means we see a lot of the salt pan views and plenty of trucks moving through the area. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and we’ve been stationed here for a good chunk of time now. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We handle a lot of paperwork and administrative tasks for folks who need help navigating different processes. It isn't always fast, as some things just take time to move through the system, but we keep at it. Most of the people working here have lived in Mumbai their whole lives, so we’re used to the commute and the noise from the link road. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign outside. Usually, people find us because someone else told them where we are. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the documents. Sometimes the monsoons make it hard to get to the office, but we try to stay open as much as possible. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep things organized and making sure the records are in the right place for everyone who relies on us for their daily business needs.
