Ganesh Estate Agency is located in Kandivali East, specifically at number 15 in the Hotel Utsav Compound. We’re part of the Thakur Complex and not too far from the Videocon Tower. It’s a pretty well-known area, so finding us isn't usually a problem for most people. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now, dealing with all the local property stuff that comes our way. Kandivali East is a busy place with a lot of families and businesses, so there’s always something to do. Whether someone is looking for a small apartment or a place for their shop, we spend our days trying to match people with the right spaces. The office isn't very big, and it can get a bit cluttered with all the maps and files we keep around. I often find myself running between different buildings in the complex to show rooms or meet with landlords. It’s a lot of legwork, but it’s the only way to really know what’s available. We don't go in for big advertisements; most of our clients are just people from the neighborhood who know our faces. It’s a local business through and through. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their housing situation. It’s simple, steady work that keeps us connected to the community here in Thakur Complex. We often sit and chat with the shopkeepers next door when things are a bit slow in the afternoon.
