Ganatra Properties

We are set up in Mulund West, right on Street No 2 in the F Wing. It’s a handy spot because we’re quite close to the Babubhai Jagjivandas showroom, which everyone knows. Ganatra Properties has been part of this neighborhood for a while. Usually, you can find someone in the office from morning until late evening because there’s always a document to file or a landlord to call. Mulund West is a place where things change but also stay the same in a lot of ways. We’ve seen new buildings go up where old ones used to be. Most of our work is just talking to people and trying to figure out where they’ll be happy living. It’s not always about the big sales; sometimes it’s just helping someone find a decent place to rent for a year or two. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of folders. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about the local market or prices. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. The traffic around here can be a headache, but that’s just part of being in this area. We’ve built a life here, working with the local residents and understanding what the streets are like. It’s a simple business, really. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, helping folks navigate the property scene. Often, we share a cup of tea with clients while discussing the local rates.
