Galaxy International

You can find Galaxy International up on the second floor of 143 Jamli Mohalla. It’s on Bapu Koke Street, which is really close to the Piydoni Police Station. Being so close to the station means there is always something going on outside. The street is usually packed with vendors and people rushing around. To get to us, you have to climb a couple of flights of stairs that have seen better days. Once you’re inside, it’s a bit of a different world. We’ve got desks pushed together and shelves full of documents. It’s a busy atmosphere. We handle a lot of international stuff, so there are always different time zones to think about. Sometimes we are here late when the rest of the street has gone quiet. We don't have a fancy board room or anything. We just sit around the main table and figure things out. The fan rattles a bit, and the windows let in all the city noise, but it feels like home to us. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time. Everyone knows the building. We just do our work, talk to our contacts, and make sure the goods move like they are supposed to. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work. No bells or whistles here, just the daily grind in a busy part of Mumbai. We just keep the business moving along.
