Running Galaxy Estate Agency keeps us pretty busy most days. Our office is tucked into 27, Nisarga Appartment. If you know the CMH Road area or around Hal 2nd Stage in Indiranagar, you probably know where we are located. It is not a huge place, just a few desks and some files piled up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around looking at flats with people. Sometimes the traffic in Kandivali West makes getting to meetings a bit of a headache, but that is just how it is here. We handle a lot of the back-and-forth stuff that happens when someone wants to move. It is mostly about making sure the papers are right and the keys actually work when they are supposed to. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just us working through the lists and talking to owners. Some days are quieter than others, especially when it rains. We usually have the tea guy come by twice a day. If you are looking for the office, just look for the Nisarga building sign. We are usually here until the evening unless we are out showing a property. It is a lot of walking and talking, really. Nothing too complicated, just trying to get things sorted for whoever walks through the door. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open up and old ones close, but we stay right here. It is a decent spot to work from.
