G I Mushrooms & Global Mushroom Export

Our place is tucked away in Gala No 08 within the Advance Builder Compound. Being on Khairani Road in Andheri East means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside. We handle mushrooms and export them, which is a bit different from the other businesses around here. It’s a bit cramped in the gala sometimes, especially when we have a big shipment coming through. We spend most of our time checking the quality and making sure everything is packed right. It’s a lot of work dealing with perishables. You have to be quick. My staff and I are usually busy from early morning. It’s not a glamorous job at all. We deal with dirt, crates, and cold storage every single day. Sometimes the lights flicker or the road gets blocked by big trucks, but that’s just how it is in this part of Mumbai. We’ve stayed here because it’s a central spot for moving goods out to the port or the airport. We don’t have a big office or fancy furniture. It’s mostly just the work area and some space for the boxes to sit before they go. Every day is pretty much the same cycle of checking, packing, and sending out. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes all the time. We don't think about much else besides the mushrooms and the clock.
