G D Property Connect

G D Property Connect is located on the 1st Floor of the Daffodil Building in Andheri. It’s a fairly quiet office compared to the busy streets outside. Being on the first floor is nice because it’s just a short walk up the stairs. We’ve been working out of the Daffodil Building for a good while now. The office itself is quite plain. We have a few chairs for people to sit and some desks where we keep all our records. Andheri is a massive place with a lot of property moving all the time, so we stay pretty busy. We don’t go in for any of that high-pressure sales stuff. We just talk to people who come in and see what they are looking for. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over documents. Sometimes we walk around the neighborhood to see what’s new or how the buildings are looking. It’s just a small team of us here. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm; we just want to do our job and go home. The Daffodil Building is well-known enough that most people can find us without much trouble. We get a mix of people coming through the door, from families to local business owners. It’s a decent way to spend the day, right in the middle of everything happening in Andheri. We don't have a polished website or anything, just this local office.
