We are based in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sanpada. You can find us at 103 Baluheera Apa Sec19 Sanpada. It is a pretty standard apartment building where we have set up our office space. We work in the insurance business, dealing with various types of policies and claims. It is not the most exciting work to some, but it is important and keeps us busy. The office is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We have a few files, some computers, and a lot of phone calls to make throughout the day. Sanpada is a good area because it is easy to get to by train or road. We are not a massive branch with hundreds of agents. We are just a local team here to help with paperwork and questions. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the documents we have to manage, but we know where everything is. We do not have a fancy waiting room, just some chairs for anyone who drops by. We have been here for a while and the people in the building know us. It is a plain, functional space. We do not use much jargon; we just talk to people like normal human beings. Most days involve a lot of checking details and making sure the forms are right. It is just regular office work for us.
