We are located at M-26 in the Anand Mangal Industrial Estate, right by Valiv Phata. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise from the nearby factories. Our place is basically a workshop where we make brushes. There are machines running most of the day, so it can get a bit loud inside. We have piles of bristles and handles sitting around in different stages of being put together. It’s dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. You just walk in and see the work being done. Most of the staff have been here a long time and they know exactly how the machines behave. Sometimes a machine breaks down, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it instead of making brushes. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. We produce all sorts of brushes for different uses. We don’t spend much time talking about it; we just do it. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, and we’re just one part of it. When the lunch bell rings, we all sit together and eat. It’s a simple life. We make sure the orders are filled and the quality is okay before they go out the door. It’s practical work for practical people. The commute here can be a bit long because of the industrial traffic, but we make it work.
