Fusions Wine N Dine

Our place is located at Shop No 4 & 5 on G M Road, right near the Balbhavan Road intersection in Chembur. It’s a decent-sized space, but it feels smaller when the weekend crowd starts coming in. We spend most of the afternoon setting up the tables and making sure the bar area is stocked up. Khokhara can get pretty noisy with the traffic from the main road, but inside it’s usually just the sound of clinking glasses and people talking. We’ve got some old wooden chairs that creak a bit, and the lighting is kept low because that’s just how the wiring was done. It’s a lot of back and forth between the kitchen and the front, especially when the orders for food and drinks start piling up. Sometimes we run out of a specific bottle and have to tell people we're waiting on the next delivery. The staff is just a few local guys who know the area well. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the one near the entrance that people look for. Cleaning up at night takes a while because we have to mop the whole floor and lock up the heavy shutters. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot where people stop by after a long day of work in Chembur. We try to keep the fans going to stay cool, and we usually end up chatting with the regulars who live just around the corner from us.
