We've been at the World Trade Centre for a while now. Our office is on Floor 1, room number 58. It’s a big building, and it is easy to get lost if you don’t know where you’re going. Sadhu T L Vaswani Marg is always packed with traffic and people moving about. We just handle property things here at Friendz Realty Llp. It’s not anything too complicated, just a lot of talking to people and checking documents. The office is alright, maybe a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our windows over the years. Dealing with Mumbai real estate keeps us on our toes, that's for sure. Some days are slower than others. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy brochures. It’s just us doing our jobs. If you’re around Cuffe Parade, you’ve probably walked past the building. We like the location because it’s central for our clients. We keep the kettle going for tea most of the afternoon. It helps when the paperwork piles up. Just a small group of us making sure everything is in order. It's a busy life but we're used to the pace of Mumbai by now. We try to be practical about things. That's just how we run the place. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that, just desks and computers. It’s a decent spot to work from in Mumbai. People find us easily enough because everyone knows the World Trade Centre. We try to keep things simple.
