Fox Food Services

We are based over in Andheri, which is probably one of the busiest and most crowded places you could pick for a food business. Fox Food Services is basically a kitchen where things are always happening from early in the morning until late at night. There’s always a smell of something cooking or the sound of tiffin boxes being stacked up for the next round of deliveries. Andheri is huge, so we spend a lot of time just coordinating how to get the food out to different offices and homes without it getting stuck in the terrible traffic. We don't have a storefront where you can sit down and eat; it’s more about the practical side of the food business. Most of our day is spent prepping vegetables, managing the stoves, and making sure the delivery boys know which way to go to avoid the construction. It’s a bit chaotic during the lunch rush, but that’s normal for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking part. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we’ve seen how much it has changed. Even with all the new fancy places opening up, we just stay focused on our daily routine and the familiar work. It’s about being reliable and making sure the food is ready when people expect it. We don't do anything flashy, just the regular work of running a food service in a city that never stops. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy.
