We’ve been running Fountain Property Consultants for some time now. Our office is over at 13 Kandivali East Lic Colony. If you know the area, we are basically right in Thakur Complex, just across from the Zero Degree Ice Cream shop. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the ice cream is. Most days start with us opening up and checking the messages that came in overnight. There are always people looking for flats or shops around Boriwali West. It gets quite busy in the evenings when families are out for a walk or getting a snack. We mostly just sit here and talk to people about what is available in the neighborhood. Sometimes it is a bit loud because of the traffic on the main road, but that is just how it is in this part of the city. We don't have a big fancy team or anything like that. It's just us handling the paperwork and showing people around various buildings in the colony. The Lic Colony is actually pretty quiet compared to the main roads, which is nice for the people living there. We spend a lot of time walking to different sites to check on things and make sure everything is okay. People stop by to ask about prices or just to say hello while they are running their daily errands. It is a simple way of working. We try to keep track of who is selling and moving so we can tell the next person who asks.
