Forbidden Fruit Llp is run out of an apartment in Wadala. We are in Flat No. 26, on the second floor of the B Wing in Chanchal Sumriti. It’s on Kartak Road. It’s a residential building, so it’s not your typical office space. We use the flat for our business operations. Wadala is a central place to be, which helps us get around. The building is older but well-maintained. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the second floor. We spend our days at our desks or handling stock in the back room. It’s a quiet environment for the most part. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. Being in a flat means we have to be mindful of the neighbors. We don't make too much noise. We handle our admin work and our products right here. It’s a practical way to run a business without the high rent of a commercial building. We’ve been at Chanchal Sumriti for a bit now.
