Foodies Bar

We have been at Kalina Santacruz East 1/A for a while now. It is just a regular spot where people from the neighborhood drop in. Some days it is quiet, other days the tables fill up fast. We try to keep things moving. The kitchen stays busy mostly during the evenings. You will find us near the main road area. There is not a lot of space, but we make it work. Most of the staff has been here for years. We know the regulars by name and what they usually order. It isn't anything fancy or polished like the big places in town. Just a bar where you can sit and eat. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but nobody seems to mind much. We deal with the usual city stuff, traffic outside, people rushing by. The street gets pretty crowded around here. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place clean. It is a simple setup. Not much to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done. We open up around the same time every day and stay until late. It is a lot of work keeping things running in this part of town. We just do what we do and hope the day goes smooth. If you are around Kalina, you have probably seen the sign. It is a decent place to just hang out for a bit without any fuss.
