Food Fiesta Fun Fiesta is over in Prabhadevi, specifically on Sindhubhavan Road in the Bodakdev B-2 area. It’s a bit of an interesting name, but it fits what we do. We handle a mix of food and event stuff, trying to make things a bit more lively for whoever calls us. Being on Sindhubhavan Road is good because it’s a well-known part of the neighborhood. Our space in Bodakdev B-2 is where we keep all our supplies and do our planning. It’s often a bit messy with decorations and kitchen gear everywhere, but we have a system that works for us. We aren't some big corporate machine. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy putting things together. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, while others are spent hauling equipment around. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just show up and try to make sure the food tastes good and the setup looks okay. It's a lot of physical work and sometimes we are still cleaning up long after everyone else has gone home. We like the vibe in Prabhadevi and have been here long enough to know most of the other shop owners. It’s a busy life but it's what we know. We don't try to make things sound more complicated than they are. We just do the work and hope people are happy.
