Food Express

We started Food Express a while back over here in the Okaz Shopping Centre. If you live in Lokhandwala Complex, you probably know how busy it gets around here in Andheri West. We just wanted a place where people could get something to eat without a whole lot of fuss. It's not a fancy setup, just a kitchen where we keep things moving. Some days are busier than others, especially when the shopping center is packed. We've got our regulars who come in after work or while they're running errands. It's mostly just us making sure the food is ready when people want it. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once. That's just how it is in this part of town. The staff knows most of the faces that walk in by now. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the stoves going. It's been a few years now and we're still at the same spot. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations because the cooking is what matters. If you're walking past the complex, you'll see us there. It's a small space but it works for what we do. We just focus on the daily tasks, like checking the ingredients and making sure the counters are wiped down. Nothing more to it really. It's just a local spot for local people.
